Forum: opensource_audio Subject: File Renamed But Still Can't Import

Hi everyone:

I'm trying to import some audio, but all I keep getting is this error message...

===============
QUOTE:

Directory: /patcookshow03

This directory or files within the directory have illegal characters in the name. To continue you will need to log into the FTP server and rename this directory or the violating files. A legal directory or file name starts with a letter or a number, and has at least one more legal character (a number, a letter, a dash, an underscore (e.g. _), or a period).

END QUOTE
=============

I renamed the file using underscores for spaces (I did this before I even tried to import it) and even removed the ALL CAPS and even replaced the dash with an underscore in the PRE-CONVENTION SPECIAL part, but I STILL get that error message.

Can someone from the Archive please look into this and confirm the file is named properly? I'm sure this is more of a browser/ISP cache issue than anything (I use IE for my web browser if that means anything).

Thanks a bunch in advance. :)

Cheers for now :)

Looks like you managed to fix this - I see it imported now. The #5 show also had some trouble, but that was cos of some obvous spaces in the show name, so I renamed it.
